As part of our ongoing commitments to support both the business supplies industry and the cause of furthering eductations, evo Foundation is launching a very exciting partnership with Leaders of the Future.
Leaders of the Future are a group of individuals from Manufacturers, Wholesalers and Dealers who all want to have an impact on the industry. Their aim is to empower future leaders to believe they can achieve anything they set out to, and provide the support along the way.
Their mission statement is ‘Leading, Guiding, Connecting, Shaping’.
They are striving to bring together individuals from all channels in the industry to form a dynamic network who can share ideas, facilitate connections and learn from one another.
They want to ensure that the industry attracts the best talent and that talent is able to flourish. Leaders of the Future provides induction training to new entrants to the industry and also runs events to allow individuals to form strong networks within our industry.
evo Foundation is supporting Leaders of the Future with a Next Generation Mentoring Scheme, now live, and Core Skills Programme, to launch later in 2025.
This project aligns the essence of both our organisations perfectly – Leaders of the Future aims to support emerging talent within our industry to learn and grow within the world of office supplier, whilst evo Foundation is committed to supporting education and wellbeing of people within our industry.
Amy Remmer, Co-Chair of Leaders of the Future and Account Director at VOW, said of the new partnership;
“It’s a really exciting initiative for us to be launching during our Co-Chair tenure. Of course, it’s especially exciting for me with my connections to both LOTF and the evo Foundation!
“We’re looking to build a lasting legacy that supports and develops the talent within our industry, allowing them to grow within the industry, without having to seek those skills externally or leave the industry to progress.
